Financial Assistance provides support to low income residents in Big Stone County. We determine eligibility for public assistance programs including SNAP, MFIP, DWP, and Health Care Programs. All programs have specific guidelines that must be met to receive them. You must be within income and asset guidelines. To see if you are eligible and qualify, you will need to apply and provide verification of the information you report on the application. Some applications require an interview.
